The Elijah Wood Fan Network was founded in 2001 as a non-commercial fan site for Hollywood actor Elijah Wood. Due to Elijah Wood's popularity back then, the site grew very fast and became one of the largest fan communities related to Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood.
